The problem
Repair approvals often happen by phone and paper. When a customer disputes a charge, there is little evidence of what was found, quoted and agreed.

What was built
A multi-tenant web application with an API, shared calculation and damage-quote packages, customer approval links that need no account, and a timestamped record of each decision.
