Handovers and escalations are spoken, time-pressured and safety-critical, but rarely rehearsed outside real shifts.

What was built
Learners record spoken responses to realistic scenarios in the browser, receive a transcript and feedback scored on clarity, completeness, professional language, safety awareness and structure, and track progress on a dashboard.
