The problem

Care notes are read by colleagues, families and inspectors. Vague or judgemental wording causes problems, and many staff receive little feedback on their writing.

Who it is for

UK healthcare assistants and support workers.

What was built

A web app that gives structured feedback on clarity, professionalism, completeness and safeguarding language, and asks reflective questions so the writer improves their own note.

Key features

  • Care note coaching (never rewrites the note)
  • Handover practice
  • Safeguarding language guidance
  • Emergency call and interview practice
  • Care vocabulary

Results so far
