The problem
Care providers keep quality evidence across spreadsheets. Raw incident counts can unfairly penalise staff who work more shifts or report more conscientiously.
Who it is for
Registered managers, directors and team leaders in residential, supported-living and outreach services.
What was built
A role-based web application that normalises every staff metric per 100 delivered sessions, suppresses judgements on small samples, generates print-ready supervision packs and maps evidence to inspection themes.
Key features
- Organisation, service and staff-level quality dashboards
- Quality Risk Index normalised per 100 sessions
- Supervision pack generation
- Inspection evidence export
- Role-based access, enforced by the API
- People supported identified only by reference codes
Results so far
Working demo with 12 months of deterministic synthetic data across four fictitious services.
Limitations and context
- Demo data is synthetic and does not represent real people or services.
- Free hosting: the first load can take up to a minute.
- Not endorsed by CQC; evidence mapping supports, but does not replace, a provider's own judgement.
